With previous experience in the real estate industry and a background in professional administration, I understand how important accurate information and reliable communication are when managing property.
After working in real estate, I moved into the NDIS sector where I've spent the past several years providing administrative support for multiple businesses. That role has strengthened my attention to detail, organisation, documentation and ability to communicate clearly, skills that naturally carry across to property inspections.
WHY I STARTED INSPEC PROPERTY
I created Inspec Property after recognising a gap in the market for dependable, local field support in Ballarat and surrounding areas.
Not every buyer's agent, property manager or investor can attend every property in person. Having someone local you can trust to be your eyes on the ground saves time, reduces travel and provides peace of mind.
My goal is simple: to provide honest, thorough inspections and clear reporting that help clients make informed decisions, wherever they're located.
