We attend the property and complete a thorough inspection, documenting its condition with detailed notes, photographs and internal walkthrough video.

New clients are required to complete our New Client Enquiry Form before requesting inspections.
Once registered, inspections can be requested via email, text message or WhatsApp using our inspection request template, or booked directly through our online calendar.

Where possible, we recommend providing as much notice as possible to allow time to organise access and complete the inspection.
We understand some inspections need to happen quickly, and we will always do our best to assist where availability allows.

Reports are delivered digitally through an online viewing platform, making them easy to access, view, share and store.
The online report allows you to view photos and videos in greater detail, with the ability to enlarge images and access media directly within the report, from any device.

Yes. While the online report provides the best viewing experience for photos and videos, a PDF version can be downloaded directly from the report platform if required for your records or sharing.

Yes. Where reports are completed through your own dedicated portal, your business branding can be included.
At this stage, reports created through our standard platform cannot be customised with other business logos. They will display either Inspec Property branding or the software provider’s branding if our logo is removed.

Yes. An internal video walkthrough of the property is completed as part of every inspection. This helps provide a better understanding of the property's layout, flow and overall presentation, alongside the photos and written observations included in the report.
If you require any additional videos or specific areas to be captured, please let us know when requesting your inspection.

Reports are completed and sent through on the same day as the inspection. Notes and observations are captured during the inspection, then reviewed and refined afterwards to ensure the report is clear, accurate and easy to understand.
While reports are not sent immediately after the appointment, they will be prepared and delivered promptly following the inspection. If multiple inspections are scheduled throughout the day, reports will be finalised as soon as possible once the inspections are completed.

Yes. The online report viewing link can be shared with anyone who needs access, without requiring a login. This makes it easy to provide reports to buyers, landlords, owners or other relevant parties.
