New Clients
If you’re a new buyers’ agency, property professional or organisation wanting to use our inspection services, please complete our New Client Enquiry Form before requesting your first inspection.
This allows us to collect your business details, preferred contact information and understand your inspection requirements so we can provide a smooth and consistent service moving forward.
Existing Clients
Already working with InSpec Property? You can request an inspection using your preferred method:
Email: Send your inspection request directly to our email.
Text Message: Send through your inspection details via SMS.
WhatsApp: Message your request through WhatsApp for quick communication.
Calendly: If you prefer to manage your own inspection bookings, you can select a suitable time through our online booking calendar.

What happens next?
Once we receive your request, we will:
Liaise with the selling agent or relevant contact to arrange access
Confirm availability and inspection timing
Complete the inspection and provide your digital report
