  • Yes. Our preferred process is to liaise directly with the selling agent to arrange access and confirm inspection details. This helps streamline the process, ensures communication is clear, and allows us to quickly resolve any discrepancies or arrange alternative inspection times if required.

  • Yes. We can attend multiple properties for the same buyer, subject to availability and scheduling.

    Private inspections generally provide more flexibility when coordinating multiple properties. Open homes can be more limited due to set inspection times, but we will always do our best to accommodate multiple inspections where timings allow.
